Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return & Exchange

Customers are required to check the condition of the goods and may request a return/exchange at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

✔️The product is not the correct type or model as per the order or as shown on the website at the time of purchase.

✔️The quantity received is insufficient or the set is incomplete compared to the order.

✔️The product’s external condition is affected (e.g., torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.).

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to verify these issues in order to complete the return/exchange process.


2. Regulations on Notification & Return Timeframe

⛔Notification period: within 48 hours from the time of receipt in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or product breakage.

⛔Return shipping period: within 14 days from the time of receipt.

⛔Return location: Customers may bring the product directly to our office/store or return it via postal service.
